Location: USA
Working Arrangement: Remote with semi-regular travel to project sites. You could be based in Texas, or Eastern or Central USA. Unfortunately we will not proceed with West Coast candidates due to requiring a closer proximity to project locations.
Salary: DOE - c. $80,000 - $130,000 per annum

Construction Schedule PM Opportunity

As a Project Manager at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects and the schedule, across multiple locations throughout the USA, starting with a long term campus project in Dallas, Texas but also covering schemes across other US states or in Europe. You will work closely with our engineering, production and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time,

Key Responsibilities

Regular progress reporting at both a customer and company level
Monitoring productivity and completion deadlines
This is a front-end role so you be in regular interaction with stakeholders
Responsible for technical and assurance support for Project Controls in the XYZ Project Team.
Leading and guiding external planning teams
Responsible for integrating Project Programme(s) in accordance with Client requirements in to the 3D design.
Expanding the scheduled activities including MEP programme (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) to sequence the build and integrate within the BIM model.
Working with the Sales Team on client calls and demonstrating good USA construction knowledge.
Project Data analytics with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Excel.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years experience working on major construction schemes
Significant Data Center Construction experience
A Construction related college degree or trade (Electrical or Mechanical) background
Strong working knowledge of MEP disciplines (ideally in data centres or high-tech)
Ability to analyse a construction sequence, identify risks and hazards, and resolve coordination issues.
Ideally you'll have had some exposure to the likes of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject. We are not building the schedule ourselves, but would be interacting with the items within it so any knowledge of this is beneficial.
A relentless and dynamic approach to dealing with people and be able to influence them to take the best approach
Able to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
Candidates with 4D Construction software would be advantageous, but not essential.
Must be eligible to work in the USA without VISA sponsorship
